Organic Ginger Wine

• Medium dry - serve at room temperature
• Alcohol content - 13%

This rich, fruity wine is made with selected organic elderberries, carefully fermented and matured. Their fine natural bouquet and distinctive flavour make them well suited to wine production.

This medium bodied wine meets the Soil Association's Standards for Organic food and farming. All ingredients in this wine are organically grown without the use of artificial fertilizers, pesticides or harsh chemicals, and no animal products or unnecessary additives are used in the winery. This wine may be drunk now, or laid down for up to three years. It is great with roasts, cheese or even mulled. Served at room temperature.
